Disgusting experience - order over an hour late - store deputy manager couldn't say if it had even left or been made. Kept getting fobbed off and being told to contact just eat to see where it is up to - sorry - but the store should know if the food has been made. Disgusting customer service, will never be ordering from KFC Hulme again. Deputy manager needs to go on a corrective training course. No refund or discount offered for their shoddy service and lack of after sales care. A disgraceful establishment.
UPDATE: meal arrived an hour late. No sides arrived - we requested 2x gravy + 2x beans for the 4x fries. Chips were cold, soggy and suboptimal - couldn't even manage to eat one of the boxes. Not only that, we ordered Pepsi Max but instead got Diet Pepsi, which does not taste the same, and is not what we wanted.
We thought this was just another mess up from a really terribly organised KFC Franchise. However, things got really much worse when we read the receipt, whilst throwing the majority of the meal in the bin. We had someone else's order, with their address, name and mobile phone number on the receipt. This is a grave and serious breach of data protection, and no doubt the Data Protection Act. Not only do we have someone's personal data, that KFC Hulme should have guarded with the utmost care, but someone else has our data now. This is unacceptable. Just Eat have been very good and helpful sorting this - the fault exclusively lies with KFC Hulme here. First and foremost, the attitude and behavior of the staff were absolutely unacceptable. They seemed disinterested and unhelpful, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. I received no warm greetings upon entering, and I observed staff members engaging in casual conversations while customers were left waiting.
The service itself was outrageously slow and inefficient. Despite the relatively small number of customers, the wait time exceeded reasonable limits. I stood in line for an exorbitantly long period, only to receive an incorrectly prepared order. It was evident that the attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling customer requests were severely lacking.
To make matters worse, when I approached an employee to rectify the mistake, they displayed a dismissive and unapologetic attitude. Their lack of urgency and unwillingness to address my concerns further amplified my frustration.
