RESET by FORM (MCR) — Local services in Manchester

I’ve been coming to Reset for a few weeks, and have been doing classes 6 days a week during that time, so I’ve tried most of the classes :) The barre classes are amazing, Laura and Carly are amazing teachers with such great energy, they challenge you and every class is different. I’d never done Pilates before so have enjoyed trying the different classes, again, each one is different, Lena, India and Laura are all great! Also loving mobility with Clare :) I definitely feel super strong, and also feel like coming here has actually helped me “reset” - it’s true to the name! Such a beautiful space...

I’ve been coming to Reset for around a year now. My friend from running introduced me to the spot and what a find! I now come as often as I can by myself and it’s just so so dreamy. I find all the classes and trainers wonderful and I’ve experienced a variety of them. The lightening, mood and general calmness when I’m in the studio is just very wholesome and welcoming. Even if I’m doing a class like Sculpt which is a little bit more intense, the hour I’m at Reset, my mind is calm and quiet. I find myself doing big, meaningful breaths as I walk out and trot home....

I have been regularly attending classes at RESET for a couple of years now. The team are all knowledgable, friendly, and approachable. I always come away from classes smiling, despite how much I may have shaken my way through the class!! It’s always a great workout with the option to level up or down depending on how your body feels that day. The instructors always encourage you to listen to your body so it’s super inclusive. The vibe is chill and welcoming with a great variety of classes and I would highly recommend everyone...
