All Bar One Manchester — Restaurant in Manchester

Very disappointed with the service on Saturday, we booked a table for 6pm for 9 people only to arrive and be given a table for 6 and then a random round table was banged on the end to complete your mess up. We next tried ordering food which we were told had ta be done on the app, however the app doesn't allow removal of items from meals ie sauces, cheese etc. We therefore needed our order taking by a member of staff and omg what a palaver, your staff didn't want ta take it as they said they were too busy, that's totally unprofessional letting customers see this and spoiling their night. If it wasn't that it was my daughters birthday we would have left however as we were a party of 9 it would have been impossible to seat as a walk in another establishment so we stayed. We also were advised ta order drinks through the app, this ended up being a disaster and at one stage my son who could see his drinks had been sat on the bar for 30 minutes went upto the bar to collect them himself. I just wanted to share my experience which has prevented me and my family enjoying our night or recommending your restraunt to friends and family. I must say the food was very enjoyable however...

Tried this pub for the first time and have to say I was impressed. Nice big pub with different sections to sit The bar staff were friendly enough. I ordered a pint of Peroni lager it cost 6.60 I know what your thinking 6.60 but remember this is kings St the posh end of Manchester. But most places are going that way but at the end of the day people are still going out and it was quite busy . The atmosphere was good. Lots of groups were meeting up .I particularly like the big clock hanging from the ceiling and the staircase leading up to the toilets with its scaffolding poles look . Toilets clean always good to see no staff check list. May have missed it . Anyway, back to the pub, it's in a great location and as a great food meal but a again bit overpriced. Will I go in again absolutely. If I ask one thing of this place. Please bar staff try small talk with your customers. Hello, how's your day? The weather looks nice out , ? Been shopping. Unfortunately following instructions clearly marked is not the right thing to do when dining here at all bar one King Street Manchester ..It says walk in choose any table and order and pay for your food and drink via their interactive app ... we ordered drinks, starters and main courses ..and waited only for the steaks to come out first with starters following closely behind .. meaning we would have had to eat the starters super fast so our steaks didn't go cold ..when we asked why all the food came out together we were advised we should have gone to the bar to let them know we wanted the starter as a starter and not all together ... OK but the starters were cold as they had clearly been waiting for the steaks to cook so a bit of a round about situation..one starter sent back cold ..the other we ate 2 pieces of garlic bread which would have been fab hot as it looked delicious ... £72.00 worse off ... and the sad thing is we went to their sister bar Miller and Carter who turned us away ( they hadn't had a delivery but directed us up here ) poor show guys you can do much better than...
