Urban Exchange — Local services in Manchester

I mostly go to Aldi when I am in the Urban Exchange and if I have enough time I go to the Arndale Centre. The only negative thing when you are in Urban Exchange is the parking restriction there is free parking which is good but for only 1 hour and 30 minutes which is not enough time. I just hope they extend the free parking to 3 hours instead so it will ease the stress and worry in parking when you are in the place. I always have to look at the time on my phone so it doesnt exceed pass the 1 hour and 30 minutes time limit as i heard people had been fine for parking 1 or 2 minutes over the time limit. Received a parking ticket through the post for my vehicle (not sure who was driving it) for overstaying 90 minutes free parking. There is no option to stay longer and no pay machines. Daughter was trying on footwear in go-outdoors and the time went over in the car park. Emailed the owners and they won't reply, after spending over £150 in go outdoors it has no led to a debt collection agency issuing demands to the tune of £170, all for overstaying. £60 was the reduced amount, then rising to £100, now a debt collection agency wants £70 on top, when the vehicle was used to spend money with the land owners tenants. There is M&S Outlet there, Aldi is there There is no Free parking here parse, just One hour Which is Not enough for great Shopping. M&S outlet is Not a place you can rush in and rush out, as they dont accept the goods back hence ü need time to check all you've pick and even try them on before purchase but now no Free parking If you overstayed you get ticket for your car £56.65 or £95 If you dont pay in time.
