Lincoln Golf Centre — Local services in North Kesteven

Started golf as a complete novice in April 2022, had a couple of sessions on the range at LGC and could see I needed some help for my upcoming pre-wedding golf day - so I booked on for a lesson with Paul Logan. Enjoyed the first lesson so much, that I instantly booked a block of 6, it was clear from the get-go that I had a lot to do.

Paul has brought me so far in only a handful of lessons over the last few months - the progress I’ve made is amazing and family have commented so positively on this. I started from being clueless on proper posture, club handling, technique so I was not driving a ball particularly far. Now that Paul has taken the time to go over these key points, I’ve got a handle on all of them and I can hit a ball (and know what I’ve done wrong on my bad shots and how to correct it). Paul took the time in each lesson to reinforce the key points, ensure I understood what was required, and demonstrate how it should be done. Lessons would then be recapped to keep it fresh in my mind as I left.

You couldn’t ask for a better coach in my opinion, even when not in a lesson, as Paul was always willing to respond to messages with questions or videos of shots on the range looking for feedback. I would highly recommend Paul to golfers of all abilities, he’s been so accommodating and helpful, and worked wonders with me and I’m now thoroughly excited for something that I was dreading before these lessons. Of course, it goes without saying that the LGC is also highly recommended - every single staff member has been very welcoming and very helpful.

I would highly recommend golf lessons at LGC with Paul Logan, His experiences and knowledge is second to none.

The centre is really nice and tidy with half of the driving range bays including the lesson bay fitted with Toptracer technology. They have a good shop in American Golf and the Cafe is really nice too!

Before the lessons I was just about doing all the basics wrong but In the space of 5-6 lessons I have had with Paul he has transformed my swing and ball hitting no end. The technology he has also is a massive help, it has enabled me to see my swing slowed down and correct the wrongs.

Very nice guy too, on my first lesson with him he advised my putter shaft was bent (without me even knowing), we swapped putters for one that was given to him. Also after about 3 or 4 lessons we swapped my mix match set of irons for a set of Cobra irons that were donated to him.
