I would give 5 stars for the products sold, but customer interaction and service are non existent. This is the second time that we've visited this shop on our holidays in sheringham and on both occasions felt as though we were in the way. In these tough times of the retail world, you as retailers need to realise that your customers are key to your business and survival.
