This is the very last time we bring our child in this place. Sunday 5th of June, we drive miles over miles to get here just cause the kid asked for it, we arrive at 15:30 since on THEIR website it is stated that on Sunday they close at 18:00, and the lady at the counter tell us that they're going to close at 16:00 due to the jubilee, which makes no sense to me but let's say it's ok, we ask if we can stay the 30min till 16:00 and she says "of course, but it's going to be full price". I tell her that it is not very fair to ask for full price for 30min of play since it is on THEIR website that they close at 18:00, she reply that it's her manager decision... No problem, we can well do without jolly jumpers... Update: No, we are not supposed to check social media to know what time a playground closes SINCE THERE IS A WEBSITE OWNED BY THE PLAYGROUND ITSELF WHICH SAYS THEY CLOSE AT 18:00. We drive miles over miles to go to places we enjoy and not places where we get robbed, since even if it seems that the one who replies here have no connection with the real world, the problem is not closing at 16:00 without saying anything on the playground website, the problem is to demand full price for 30min when on their website they did not mention whatsoever that they would close at 16:00. Of course once we were there we couldn't tell our child not to enter even if for just 30min. Ask yourself why local businesses struggle, possibly whilst looking...

My son has been going here for a while. Recently I found the place very dirty, the staff and the manager are very disrespectful and rude towards customers. Me and my son come here last month and we were both serverly ill from allergies that was requested and still didn't listen to a word we said to them reguardong my 4 year old child's allergies. The bathroom stank or urine and poo. My son refused to go to the loo due to how it smelt and looked. For a child on the spectrum it was very hard to him to deal with and he was very upset. He also has been bullied, hit in the face and has marks over his body from other children on the soft play. When you speak to the staff or the manager they never listen to a word you say so they let the children carry on hurting and pushing others Also I'd like to add that I wasn't allowed to bring food and drink in for my son who has allergies that cause him to be ill. I was told by the manager that I was in the wrong for bringing food into the place and my son would only drink certain drinks. Oh well there water there he can drink so don't see what your problem is The words I recieved were "if I don't like what she said then leave" I told her that I wouldn't be coming back here to let my son play her response was " oh well that your problem not mine" I would rate this place a 1 due to the irresponsible staff members and how we've been treatreated the last few times. I wouldn't...

I'm done with this place. Kids have a good time but every time we go there are major food shortages. I was told 45min wait which is fine but waited over two hours as they couldn't count how many slices of bread they had left and had to send someone out for more! Meanwhile I am 90% sure I was glutened there (I'm coeliac) and spent the night in agony. I'd told them but I should have known better as they so busy I fully expect cross contamination concerns went out the window. Staff are nice enough but mostly young and no understanding that making kids wait over 2hrs for lunch is not ok. Then when it came, my adult jacket potato was the smallest I'd ever seen with only a teaspoons worth of beans on it! Ridiculous. Same story every time we go which isnt often so perhaps we are unlucky. They said they didn't have enough staff but then didn't cap how many people they let in. Surely that's rudimentary management? At one point I heard someone refused entry but then saw the kid in there ten mins later (while I was still waiting for food, so can't imagine the situation was any better). Well that's us done. We shall find another place to go as just can't risk the fate of the cafe. Shame but I think they offer too big a menu for their abilities. Strip it down and you will manage your...

Extremely over priced for a small climbing area and a few bouncy castles!! £9.50 for kids and £2.50 for adults. Hate it when they charge for adults, who are just sitting. Makes me not buy a coffee. Will not be returning, not worth the ridiculously high price, disgusted. RESPONSE TO OWNER - you need to look at all of your bad reviews and do something about it, rather than taking a swipe at me lol! If mine was a one off bad review people might believe it was just me moaning. £2.50 to use facilities....what the toilet! Charge less for kids and limit to two hours. Charge, £1 for adults. Improve the quality of your food and drinks. You'll then get repeat visitors and gain good reviews. I can see from your responses to other reviews that you tell people they are reviewing the wrong place which is a laughable attempt brush away people telling the truth about your business and that they should say something on the day (they probably did). Take responsibility rather than having a pop at the people leaving an honest review. Look at your reviews and make changes! LOOK MAMBOS CARDIFF AND TAKE NOTE. That is massive and worth the money

This soft play could be so good but many things let it down. £11.70 for one adult and one child is extortionate! £2.50 for an adult to accompany a child is a rip off! I think they can take advantage as there is very little competition for now - although hoping that changes. I haven’t been here for about 2 years as I have 3 children and it is too expensive! The food is also very over priced so I didn’t eat here. You can’t get tap water unless you order a meal or you pay for it. Mug of tea cost £2.85, coffee was similar price. Burger and chips was £8.10! If I didn’t have to pay so much for entry I probably would have spent more at the cafe and stayed for lunch but felt it was a rip off just for entry so spent little while there - friends also did the same. We went on a Friday morning due to being a school day and it was relatively quiet had the children who had an inset day not been there it would have been a ghost town. Probably due to entry price. Unlikely to return.

I purchased a one-year membership from here. I’m staying at the hotel, and this is the only place where I can spend time with my baby. Since my child has sensory sensitivities, they require extra playtime and support. I really love this place. My baby enjoys the toys. The only thing that bothers me is when the staff takes and puts away the toys while my baby is playing. It feels like we’ve overstayed our time, and I get a sense of 'it’s time to leave.' Maybe the rules are different, but I just wanted to say that I really love your place and will be coming here every day. 🙏🏻
