This BK branch not allowed to use Vauchers from the BK app so we would like to use an other option, like opposite receipt it said - complete our survey and get burger for free. We used this option we filled out survey 2 persons from one receipt and we have two different codes wich is CK17541 and CK83007 and by the casier they not be happy. They call out manager GREG to ask if we can use one receipt wich is #2044 but two different survey codes. And GREG the manager said we can't do that, he said one receipt is for one people wich is silly, we filled out two surveys and we have different survey codes and as a family we always get one receipt for a family, kids or my wife don't pay seperatley u know?! I said, alright! I go to the self cashier and order my self a meal and paid full price, get an other receipt #3205 and i write down my survey code and try to get a free burger and happy to pay for drink and french fries and GREG the manager decline because one person can use this option once a month. I said i don't use it before, my wife was using it before but not me, we are two compleatly different persons. I have different receipt as well. He said answer is the same - NO!
But i wanted to mentioned this all conversation was super rude, arrogant, agressive and loud to be made humillate me to other peoples who was waiting in the que!

Read moreWe called here for a quick pit stop. It was far from quick! We waited for OVER 30 minutes. There were a lot of customers around us who had also waited a very long time and were complaining about this. One customer even asked for a refund. As I stood waiting I learnt that there was a trainee who took a lot of the negative comments as she was at the front serving the orders. (She apologised to each customer when giving their orders) She wasn’t trained for a lot of things including tills. There wasn’t many staff and although I sympathise a bit they didn’t really help themselves. There was a lot of standing around and talking from the colleagues. Read more1- The payment system at the screens did not work 2- there's no large drinks as the machine is not working 3- it took around 20 minutes to get the food. We would have probably been served faster at Burger King in 'Welcome services' 15 minutes later down the road. 4- I noticed 2 people got their orders wrong while waiting for my order. 5- indeed my order was messed up as well. Ordered a double whopper plant based but got the one with bacon instead. 6- finally, there was no mayonnaise available in the shop.
What could be worse? The only good thing at least is that they have like 4 different types of vegan or plant based options (if they were to give the correct one it'd be great) so as it's not a halal branch at least there are...
