Greggs — Restaurant in England

A rather disgusting experience. One rude little girl (and 2 girls seeming to be amused by the rude girl), talking very nasty about the customer before me. That customer was my father, who had done nothing wrong except ask to collect his whole order together as he needed to pop to the loo. And there was a 5 minute wait for the sausage rolls. Refusing to do such a simple thing and then be verbally abusive about any customer is not how any customer service should be in public. If there was even 1 % chance she misinterpreted my father or any customer, then take yourself away and blow off steam in private.

I do hope you have camera and audio recording greggs so you can look at this. It's dangerous to have someone as unprofessional on your staff. Someone needs further training.

Asked which pasties were warmest as I really don’t like cold pasties, they told me the vegetable one was warm so I took that and my partner saw them take some chicken bakes out so I said I’d take one of them too and they gave me the only one that didn’t come out of the oven. My partner carried them to the van so I didn’t realise they were cold, BOTH OF THEM were cold!!! I went back and mentioned that the chicken bake was supposed to have just come out of the oven and they argued that they ‘didnt say that’ even though some of them just had and that they said the vegetable one was warm but it was also stone cold!! Not what you want when you’ve been queuing for at least...

We wanted some Greggs food so missed few Services during our journey from Nottingham to Cornwall. We waited till we get here to enjoy the food . But it was a huge disappointment!!! Customer service was awful they were not engaging and didn’t have much options for vegetarian. The Cheese and onion pasty was option , which we ordered . Family was disappointed as food was cold not warm . We requested for Margaritas Pizza, waited for 25 minutes but again disappointed:( pizza wasn’t cooked properly: middle was cold and too moist . We found staff was rude,rushing to just clean up and not much interaction...
