Best Bite Pizza — Local services in North Tyneside

Terrible service. Requested to swap garlic bread for margarita on meal deal as we have done lots of times as a regular customer only to be told that they'd made a mistake a margarita was cooked but garlic bread was added to our order. I explained the margarita pizza was for my 8 year old son and he does not like any other pizza. The person on the phone did not care and said because they were busy they would not deliver it. They said we could collect but like most people on Christmas eve we'd had a few drinks so couldn't. Can't believe how poor the customer service was tonight and will never order again. My 8 year old was in tears on...

Been using best bite for over6 years always my go to place for a kebab. Tonight and the last time I went seem to be a bloke I never seen before answering phones to take orders. Last 2 times he has tried to over charge me. 1st time I said nothing tonight I pulled him up on it. So because I pulled him up I think he’s decided to be very light on the fillings. Worst kebab wrap I’ve ever had from there. Will never walk in the door again. Shame really. See pic attached guys....

First time Ordering from best bite.Placed 2 orders at 6pm.Delivery time 6.45-7pm.First order turns up at 6,50pm.So placed in kitchen awaiting 2nd order.Rang 4 times between 7 and 8pm Being told food on its way with driver.Then told that order delivered to wrong door number.Eventually spoke to manager who redone order.Recieved at 8,40pm.First order put in bin as clay cold.First and worst experience from best bite pizza forest hall.Not worth over 2 and a half hour...
