This is an ABSOLUTELY SMASHING fish and chip shop, with its owner fully dedicated to providing you some of the crispiest most delicious fish suppers in the city.

The portions are generous and the quality is excellent, you can tell that they are festidious in their cleanliness standards here because every surface shines and you can taste the difference in the quality of the food. The chips are hot and delightful to enjoy, the fish is golden, and so good in quality that you'd compare it closer to something beer-battered in a summertime pub garden dinner than something you've collected on your way home from work during rush hour!

Another tip: Try the curry sauce! Sure it's a little different in its consistency to the traditional chip shop curry sauce, but I'm pretty sure this is home made and it's absolutely magical.

In what seems a very modest surroundings, the team here at Bishop Bridge should be proud of themselves at the quality of their food, the positivity of their service and how they are creating their own little island of amazingness at the edge of the city.

Absolutely brilliant chippy. Everything is cooked to order so freshness is guaranteed. The guy that runs the place is always friendly. The fish and chip shop itself is always very clean & presentable with all guidelines being met. There unfortunately is no delivery but collecting is definitely more than worth it. The chicken nuggets are out of this world, completely homemade and one of a kind. I'd prefer the curry sauce a little thicker but that's just personal preference. Everything was absolutely fantastic once again, easily one of the best fish and chips in Norwich. Well worth a visit 👌🏻

This is the best fish and chip shop in Norwich by a long shot.

I have had both the haddock and battered sausage which were both cooked perfectly. The sausages tasted of good quality and didn't feature the nasty lumps of fat you can get in some cheaper tasting ones. The haddock was crispy on the outside and light and flakey on the inside.

The chips taste great, and you get plenty of them. The minted mushy peas are also amazing.
