It was the best evening with my girls. We were late but they said that was okay as we didn't realise just how far out of the city centre it is. We have done many escape rooms in person so was excited to see what the VR was like and it did not disappoint. We were greeted by the lovely Zachary. We used the cloak room to store our stuff. Toilets available. We went up the stairs to the room. We went through the rules and then entered the game We all had VR sets and hand controls. We had a few issues with the connection, but Zachary helped us. There were lots of levels and easy to use. The room was tidy and safe to walk around. It was more like being welcomed into a home than an event. The game was challenging without being frustrating. The VR is immersive without being overwhelming - no complaints of nausea or vertigo, so the designers have obviously thought of that. Got chatting to Steve who runs the place, and decided to stop for a beer and more chatting... which led onto us deciding to "play one vr game" to see what it was like....... spent the rest of the night in there having the best fun!
