I visited about a year ago and had an amazing burger, so we decided to go back recently. Unfortunately, this time, the burger bun was soggy at the bottom, which was disappointing. The bigger issue, however, is the lack of customer service. After arriving at home, I realized I’d misplaced my reading glasses. Since we don’t live in the area, I tried reaching out but couldn’t find a phone number on their website—only an email link. I emailed them, but two weeks later, no response. I then messaged them on Facebook, and still, no reply after a week. Eventually, I tracked down a phone number on Google and tried calling multiple times on different days, but no one ever answered. The drinks and decor were good, but the music was way too loud. We actually moved tables as we were under a speaker, but it seemed to get even louder after a few songs - I couldn’t hear my husband next to me (and his voice does carry!) and I was missing every 3rd word that my friends directly in front of me said. The place wasn’t packed, so it was purely due to the music. We asked if the music could be turned down just slightly and they straight refused. Bar staff also had trouble hearing our orders. If I could give 0 stars I would, the place likes to take advantage of young girls if they think you’re drunk. On my birthday when me and my friend came in to order a cocktail, the worker decided to pour us a drink which we never asked for, acting as though it was a bday gift. After we drank the shot, they took payment for our cocktails and turns out they had charged us for the ‘free’ drinks too. When I brought this up to the worker his response was “well I can’t give it to you for free” and had clearly expected us not to notice!
