Terrible. Usually have haddock, chips and mushy peas and the fish is usually lovely. Usually obviously haddock and usually fresh. Last night I asked for haddock. 3 men asked for large fish at the same time. Haddock is listed separately on the menu and so is a large fish so both are different. Fish were all cooked and put in the cabinet with no way of telling which was my haddock. I tried to tell the guys I wanted haddock but the language barrier meant they didn’t know what I asked for. The usually serving girls were not there. So all the fish were cooked and I did not get a haddock! When I got home the fish tasted and smelt really fishy and horrible, tasting it defiantly wasn’t haddock! It was vile and not fresh to smell and tasted so bad. It was not fresh and was either part frozen or had been left out of the fridge too long to taste and smell so bad. We’ve both been up all night with multiple trips to the toilet. Not happy. Will never visit again. Something definitely...

If you like MASSIVE portions of kebabs, fish&chips, sausages, ribs etc. THIS IS place to go! Conveniently located between Shell Petrol and Aldi, with free car park spaces, open from 1100 to 2200, (Sundays closed). Friendly staff welcome you like long life customer, and quickly serve you fresh, tasty traditional English fast food - or kebabs if (like me) you prefer... Very basic customer area, with one four chairs table Inside (and two tables outside), few more seater next to wall for take away awaiting - but pristine clean and filled with friendly atmosphere. Cheaper, friendlier and (hmmm) healthier like McDonald, will definitely...

Hell with this takeaway! The fritters are like a rock, the battered sausages gets recooked in the fryer a day after it's been freshly cooked (you can just taste it). There is also a extreme langauge barrier so they get your order wrong.... I asked for just one strand of Donnor Meat and he sniggered and refused.... It's only one STRAND!! I can't eat a full Donnor, so why would I want to waste money buying a small at £4.50

Don't go here if you want fresh food!! Any other Fish & Chip shop is great compared to this slum!!

As a customer I felt awkward and embarrassed.
