Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Nottingham

Time of Visit: 26/3 between 9-10am, Tuesday The cafe is quite busy, but still enough seats to welcome customers.

Good point about this Costa: 1.) Staff are lovely and friendly (dropped my bank card right before I left and they immediate gave it back to me after I went into the loo and was about to leave the shop😅) 2.) 25p off my hot drink (I ordered Medium Chai Tea Latte with Soya Milk) from bringing my own cup; I wasn’t charged extra for Soya Milk :) 3.) Ambience and the decor— pleasing and soothing: great place to meet up or work! 4.) There are a few power sockets on a few corners of the cafe— perfect for a quick charge! 5.) The toilets require a code to access, and the code is changed frequently (limits public access but hence maintain a good standard of cleanliness, no foul smell of drains which is a plus)

Tip for visitors: Phone Signal in the cafe is pretty appalling— if you need to connect to the Shop WiFi, try to connect it outdoors before going into the shop (you will need to receive a code through a text to access The Cloud, and without signal, you can’t receive the text and use the WiFi) If you are hoping to receive or make phone calls while you are in the cafe, best connect to WiFi too to make WiFi calls :)

Overall— I really enjoyed my visit as I was able to work without getting disrupted :)...

I recently visited Costa Coffee - Bulwell and was impressed by the overall experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and ambient lighting. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their coffee, which was evident in the quality of the drinks they served.

I ordered a mocha and was pleasantly surprised by the rich and indulgent taste. The espresso was perfectly extracted, and the chocolate was decadent, creating a perfect balance of flavors. I also tried a few of their pastries, which were freshly baked and delicious.

The prices were reasonable for the quality of the coffee and food, and the service was prompt and efficient. The shop was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall enjoyable experience.

Overall, I highly recommend Costa Coffee to any coffee lover looking for a cozy and inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent coffee and pastries. It's definitely worth a visit, and I plan on returning...

Went to costa this morning for a spiced latte, the lady behind the counter made a iced spice latte. I explained that I asked for a spiced latte, she then went on to tell me I asked for a iced spice latte quite rudely in front of a que full of people. She however went on to correct my order, placed the spice latte on the counter and rudely said there you go abruptly! I said thank you and walked out of the shop. The customer behind me came out about 3 mins after of which I did not know and said that the lady went on to talk about me with other staff in front of other customers. The lady did tell her that it is wrong to talk about customers in a distasteful manner. The customer service was very poor and I will not be giving Costa my money any more due to the lack of customer...
