This golf course as got the most rude owner on the park I brought 18 hole games because my son got tired we only completed 9 holes so I asked the lady for a refund for the other 9 hole told me no cash in the till the manager came with his dog tryed giving me a fiver for my refund when it was 7.50 then he said that I'm banned from the golf course and he's words was I can't be pissing about like this when I stated to him he provided a service and I brought the service so by rights I have a right to a refund the manger is rude nasty man and will not be taking my...

Really poor customer service today 11/06/25 came down with my 3 year old son, who was really excited to play the football golf, we got there at 13.05 the sign said closed, so we waited a little while, then this how can I say exceptionally rude young lady opened the door whilst munching on crisps and said you need to book online can’t take cash which is fair enough but your fb and website say no need to book…..more than anything it was her attitude that was unacceptable...
