Papas Tops Pizza — Local services in Portsmouth

I wish I never Ordered from this terrible place. I Ordered a ×2 medium pizza deal by online order and after waiting an hour and 10 mins I called to see where my order was, i was met with a very rude attitude and complete disregard for my order and was then told complete rubbish that they knew the order and that it will only take 10 mins more ( I realised by this point that they hadn't even started with cooking the order they seemed non plussed about any annoyance I had and just said "yeah it will be there later" "go outside and wait" So I reluctantly went outside in the rain to wait for my order waiting another 15 or so mins. They then turned up very slowly I might add and said "deliveroo" like I hadn't Ordered straight from their website which was confusing. The website was hard to maneuver in its current state too. They gave me the food and I realised after they left that actually that this was not a delivery company driver but probably someone from the takeaway pretending to be a deliveroo driver to save from complaint, If I had known I would have definitely had cross words with him. Anyway as food goes it was awful the food was cold, bland and the pizzas where not medium but probably small, the garlic bread was dried out and burnt, the pizza was awfully bland, the best thing was probably the bottle of coca cola and that's saying something it's something they didn't have to cook or reheat by the taste of the bland food. Its safe to say that I will NEVER be ordering from here again, pay more for pizza hut or domino's. It's terrible and the people...

I ordered tonight via Deliveroo instead of through the website... I ordered 3 burger meals and only 2 arrived. So I called them straight away to be called a liar and was told I only paid for 2 meals I read the email confirmation to them to be told again I’m a liar I asked them to check the receipts as I definitely paid for 3 meals an hour later they finally found my order no apology was told there’s no one to deliver it so if I want it I have to go and collect it after paying £5 to have it delivered. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ON JUST EAT. We thought we were getting a nice freshly made sourdough pizza (as pictured on their justeat*) but its just a cheap kebab house style pizza base that's brought in frozen. Also, the "ham" is imitation "meat". So another case of false advertisement there. The amount we paid is for restaurant quality food and we got kebab house food. This place needs to be shut down for illegal activity. Both pizzas have gone in the bin.
