Edit: 1 Year later, still no apology, still no food, and still a complete and utter waste of space business, humans with no morals. Delivery driver needs shooting and wiping off the planet as they are just branding Customers as liar's whenever the order is wrong / not received as I can also see in other reviews beyond mine. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my whole life. The employees simply just aren't human I'm afraid, yet alone what is going into your food. Explained my experience to a lot of people and I hope the loss of business was worth it.

Believe it or not I was very pleasant each time on the phone, unfortunately they take that for weakness.

Just finished my first ever Fresh Roast Pot, and I am sat here completely full, and completely satisfied. It couldn’t have been any better. It arrived at the perfect ready-to-eat temperature, everything was cooked to perfection. I went for the pork pot, with 4 Yorkshire’s on the side. It easily rivals any well cooked home roast, or any carvery. The pork was outstanding. When ordering, I made the mistake of clicking collection, and soon after got a notification telling me my order is ready to collect. I didn’t realise what I’d done til then. I called the branch, and the nice lady allowed for me to switch that to a delivery with no problems. This was recommended to me by both my best mates, who order from there regularly, I can see why. One of the best takeaway options...

I do NOT recommend anyone ordering from here. The food was awful. The meat and vegetables/potatoes (tasted exactly like frozen veg from a packet) were of very poor quality. I phoned to complain and was told that it is all freshly cooked and that they have never had any other complaints. Then I was told that I could get a refund from Just Eats, but if I do this, I was never allowed to order from them again (which I wouldn't anyway) The man who answered the telephone was dismissive and I felt he was rude. No apology given. I understand that the food has to be cut up small to fit into a very small container... so maybe use a different container that keeps the food at a decent , regular size and one that keeps...
