Chinese Tea — Local services in Portsmouth

I had been using the same Chinese Takeaway for the past 20 years, but the last few orders haven't been up to par. So I decided to to google some reviews on them. Only to find that last year they received a 0 from the FSA and the owner was looking at a jail term due to the risk of health he exposed the public to. So tonight I was left with the unenviable task of finding a new Takeaway. Well the Gods were smiling on me tonight!!!!! The meal for my wife and 2 children was nothing short of amazing, so much so that I had to write this review which I have never done before and even has to phone the Takeaway to let them know how good it was. We have had plenty of great meals from Chinese Tea. The service is good and timely, there are a large selection of good and flavour-filled dishes. The Kung Po Prawns are especially good. We ordered today (as this place has become our go to Chinese) after trying many in the city and each of the plastic pots was filled to bursting. I go in to collect and was pleased to see they have adapted the shop to be Covid-19 safe, with screens and suitably attired staff in the kitchen. Lovely big bowl of food for little cash. I had satay chicken and noodles and the noodles weren’t too oily which most takeaways seem to do so I was delighted with that. The Satay sauce was thick and tasty. Not a lot of peanut flavour however, but then I like my satay VERY peanuty (so this isn’t really a huge criticism).
