This place was amazing, Soon as you see the window display you just get this incredible feeling and entering the place was like epic I didn't know what to look at first , Actually took my breath away, and greeted by the owners who by the way were absolutely delightful, The place was just incredible, beautifully displayed, things to look at everywhere floor to ceiling, I lost track of time and the outside world, The enthusiasm from owners was beautiful, like minded souls and full of information and knowledge, was an absolute treasure trove and I honestly couldn't take it all in , the place wasn't huge but what it had was a massive collection of thee coolest things I've ever seen all in one place, I must of gone round and round several times as there's so much to see , and I loved how no matter your budget there's something affordable for all , you wouldn't and couldn't leave there empty handed, but of course you can just go to look as it's like a museum, very well lit and clean and displayed beautifully, they even let you hold the things from the display cabinets and were right there to assist you with what you wanted , and had story's to go with them which made you feel connected, the owners were like we had known them all our lives , nothing was a bother when asking to look at things in more detail, customers came in same time and we all connected , like a community even tho we had never met , the place was amazing even the little touches like the paper bag to carry our hunted treasures had the vintage toy monster print and we were even given free stickers which were adverts very cool keepsakes , we didn't want to leave , we walked in there full of awe and walked out on cloud 9 talking about returning as soon as we can , gem of a place we highly recommend, something for everyone, I want to keep it a hidden secret but it's too good to not share the place , we didn't know of it until watched toy overdose on you tube but now we know it's local we planning our return , I got 3 carebears my partner got some dino riders , a kiss mug , toxic high sticker packs , I can't remember what else but all gone into our display cabinets at home. Amazing toys and some of the pieces he has in there are as rare as hens teeth! Ian is such a friendly and knowledgeable bloke and when you have a waffle with him his passion and enthusiasm for toys is clear to see. Actually sold him a few bits today which was a pleasure, the only Problem with todays visit was trying to escape without spending tons of money hahaha . We had a lovely little chat and in the end, me and son walked out with something each, whilst desperately resisting temptation to buy more. Amazing stock, filled with nostalgia.
