Sadly not the best experience at this place.

Table was wobbly, this is something I made good with some tissue. (Table 5).

Toast was brought out 3/4’s of the way through the meal (English breakfast) instead of at the start, I had to wait for it whilst my breakfast went cold. Oh, and no apology was made for failing to bring it out despite asking twice when the toast is due to arrive.

You pay a lot for so little in comparison to other Cafes around Portsmouth. Who charges £1.20 for some Mushrooms or extra beans?!!

It comes across that they have little care for the customer, so I personally won’t be visiting again soon.

On the plus side, the food itself tasted...

This use to be a good little cafe, but sadly not anymore.. all cheap nasty ingredients, poor attitude from all staff and poor service... the food was edible but wouldn't come back. Had to ask for my bread and butter halfway through my breakfast even though it was sat on the side whilst they chatted away.

Also my bread and butter was served on the same plate as my friends toast and our knives and forks were wrapped into one napkin rather than fir each customer. Simple stuff but just very poor.

You seriously need to up your game when you have a cafe like delight only a few doors from you who seem to be making a cry positive impression on all...
