This is my go to for a Chinese takeaway and tonight was no different. I chose a delivery time and it was bang on time, the food was amazing, fresh and insanely hot when delivered.

The service is also exceptional, prior to tonight I had a slight problem with my last order and was told at the time I could have that main course free next time I ordered. I always place my order on the website and completely forgot about the last time but within a few minutes of placing my order tonight the lady on the counter called me to remind me about the free meal and because I'd already paid in full said she would send the cost of that meal with the driver in cash and she did. That is TOP CLASS service.

Do not order from here. Firstly the restaurant got our order wrong, delivering only half the item. Secondly I was unable to contact the restaurant when they got the order wrong. I was able to contact the delivery driver, who had repeatedly reassured myself that the restaurant would ring me back, but they never did. Completely unprofessional service.

Food was incredibly greasy, the 'chicken balls' were soaked in it. Asked for sweet and sour but all we got was 2 packets of deep fried chicken nuggets and a side of nuclear looking jelly sweet and sour sauce. The noodles were rubbery, when we put the food on the plate the noodles still stayed in the same shape at the container! However, I have to commemorate them on their massive portion sizes and prices.
