Incredibly bad experience tonight with the delivery tonight. Ordered before 8:30pm and after an hour no sign of delivery. Called up to be told it’s the next order going out and it will be with you within 15 minutes. They then called us back to say the driver is on his way. Called back at 10:05pm to be told it’s not even left yet, “the food is ready and waiting for the driver to collect” I dread to wonder how long it say there waiting.

so requested a refund but this has to be done via the online ordering partner they use. Incredibly frustrating it takes this long to order two items of food. I’d almost understand if it was a busy Friday or Saturday but it wasn’t.

Such a shame because the food is generally spot on but would recommend avoiding relying on the delivery service and just go and collect.

Will be a good while before we bother...

I’m a regular customer and order here every week. Tonight I got barred! Tonight they got my order wrong, I went back with it and they said another 10 minutes for it, bare in mind I rang at 7:06 and was told 20 minutes. They gave my daughter the food 40 minutes later so I wasn’t happy of course. He told me that my daughter arrived late for the food, I was literally stood at the door when she walked over there so manager lied to my face! I said he should apologise and this is the best bit...he said no because he didn’t do anything wrong!!! Besides getting my order wrong and trying blame us for it being late, my daughter actually waited another 20 minutes when she got there so I don’t think so! Anyway he told me I could either wait 10 minutes for another pizza or get a refund and not go there again. I chose the latter, jumped...

Ordered a Kebab and chips, ordered at 7.18pm, got delivered at 9.16pm, took near enough 2 hours(on a Wednesday) for soggy chips and a cold kebab. rang to complain and the person I spoke to was Sal, said he was the owner, was rude and arrogant on the phone and said he won’t do anything because the food was delivered and had been touched, when I asked how you’re meant to know the food is cold without trying it his response was that it wasn’t his problem, when I mentioned I’d rang up before and was told by a female who works there that the food was ready to go out and that they were waiting for a couple more orders to be cooked he basically called me a liar and that no one told me that, disgraceful...
