Pizza Hut Preston North — Restaurant in Preston

Ordered food which got delivered just before 6pm with a few items missing. The driver was lovely and said he would come back with the missing items in a few minutes. After half an hour I called to chase up the missing items and got told the driver would be arriving soon. I called again at almost 2 hours after the initial delivery mentioning the driver still hadn’t come back. The person on the phone had an attitude and swore I had received the items (I didn’t) and finally agreed to send the driver out. It took 2 hours since initial delivery to actually receive the items that were missing and the driver once again was lovely and apologetic. The drink which was missing had to be substituted as they apparently ran out of what was originally ordered and didn’t tell me until I finally received it 2 hours later, and the driver mentioned people at the shop miscommunicated with him which resulted in dropoff being...

Always order from here and order the same pizza, every single time its been ordered the toppings aren't as ordered. Why claim you have roquito peppers when you don't have them clearly 95% of the time.

Tonight's delivery was even worse as ordered at 6.30pm and its now 7.35pm and still no pizzas, been calling since 7.20pm and no one answers the phone - I have rang continuously 15 times and no answer. Its a Sunday night and the page has just updated to say my delivery will be here at 7.45pm......1hr 15 minutes for 2 pizzas, and again I doubt the pizza will be as advertised on the website as why would pizza hut actually deliver a pizza they claim they offer 🤷🏼‍♀️

Tonight has definitely lost our custom unfortunately...

I dunno how this place is open. We ordered at 20.30 and they confirmed delivery for 21.30.. it gets to 21.40 and says the order online says is still in the oven. We try to give them a call to see if there’s an updated time.. no answer. We are now at 22.10pm, we’ve phoned the branch 8 times and they’re still not answering the phone and the order says it’s still in the oven, if it’s still in the oven then I don’t want it as it’ll be charcoal by now. We understand if you’re busy but answer the phone and don’t promise delivery times if you can’t meet them! The food eventually arrived at 23.15pm. Felt sorry for the delivery driver as it wasn’t his fault but the food was stone cold. Delivery guy told us to call back next day to arrange refund - tried to call 4 times but no...
