Great little local with...you guessed it... Local ales. Always a good welcome even with my grandson in tow. The locals are very welcoming and friendly. Beers really well served and taste fresh. I had the Lancaster blonde which is one of my favourites...very nice but just one this...

A very rare thing these days, a suburban pub doing well. Its lovely on the outside, with a traditional tiled exterior, and friendly inside. Retains its agreement with Lancaster Brewery to supply most of its cask, with all the usual on draft. A gem of an under threat...
