Spent £25 tonight on donner kebab, chicken n donner and fillet burger. 1/2 piri chicken with rice and salad. There was lettuce supplied that's the extent of salad. The donner kebab was the thinnest rolled donner I've ever seen. It was like a tescos fajita wrap meal deal. I also asked for carved donner and chicken and they misheard and I got some minimal chicken and donner mashed together. I understand times are hard but places need to understand if you are well fed you will always return. Unfortunately we won't be returning our custom here. I'm sick of paying good money for minimum return. I wish you the best in the oncoming hardship. I contacted the place to Inform them, expecting them to offer some form of extra to compensate for the 2 thinnest kebabs you've ever seen and unfortunately the person replied that's our portions. I did inform them that the whole families reaction to unveiling the kebabs, if echoed in other people's houses, will be the same...shocked! And...

didnt even want to give 1 star rating but thats the lowest you can give. we ordered our food at 7pm and was told the food would be delivered in 45 mins, 2 and a half hours later we are still sat waiting for our food. we rang the takeaway after about an hour asking how long it would be and the man on the phone was very rude and just told us that they are very busy, i have rang and rang the takeaway over a 100 times since we last spoke to them and it just says user busy so we cant even get through to cancel the order. we have also been looking at reviews and noticing the bad ones are being deleted so they have time on their hands to delete bad reviews but not enough time to deliver 3 kababs in over 2 hours. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE...

Really gone down in my view. Have ordered with this company for years and had some great quality food. Recently we have ordered and have found the food to be luke warm to cold and not even close to the standards we have had in the past. When returning the food staff were rude and unhelpful and were more concerned about the receipt then actually solving the complaint. Lost a valued customer in what is a difficult time.
