A shining example, for the rest of the league, of how to renew and renovate, without selling your soul and history. And without lining the pockets of architects and town planners trying to sell you the Emperor's New Clothes. First time I went it was a bit drab and dreary, and needed a kick of paint, and a bit of tlc, but had a shiny plastic pitch, which is the only one I've ever seen a victory on, and always will be now! Very easily accessible ground by car, pre-booked parking at the nearby Sainsbury's and walked across the road to Deepdale. Was impressed with the stewards, the ones I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable.

Good trip to Deepdale, well...
