Ordered food last night total £37 gave driver £40 with a tip. Opened food and both masala chicken with nans complete disappointment. Was burned and looked like chicken tikka with burned masala and was a dark brown black colour and was dry as anything. Complained to them and as usual they refused any responsibility and then the chef had said it was perfect so we offered the chef to come and eat both portions himself and we would pay for the food once again but he declined. We got offered the same food to be sent out but we declined and requested a refund for the 2 portions which was around £18 they told us they will refund us the same day or the next day. Just had the driver come and try offer my mum a £4 refund total so I got the coins and returned it back to the driver as it seems these stingy Indians need it much more never order from here and avoid at all costs completely and utterly disgusted with these guys more so for the mere nerve and cheek of trying to get away with a refund of £4 and that being 24 hours later. No apology or anything either. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Naafiah Preston's restaurant, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the warmth and professionalism of the entire team.

Ordered 2 large portions of their Chicken Sharwama Friday/Saturday night special. Asked when I ordered if I could have both in a Pizza Box as advertised in their images as from past experience I find portions are squeezed into the smaller boxes and was told this could be done. On arrival noticed that the food was in their normal polystyrene trays albeit the larger tray and oddly got charged £1 extra than quoted over the phone. It wasn't much more so I didn't make a fuss about it. I got home and opened the trays, noticing that the portion size was almost identical to the regular portion except they had spread it out over the larger tray. I called and was told the Kitchen confirmed they had packed the "large" portion and they were sorry if I didn't agree (albeit much more politely by the gentleman on the phone) and that was the end of it. In hindsight I should have gone as far as weighing the portion and taking some pictures for this review. Very disappointing from Naafiah where I've been visiting for a long time if this is their normal practice. Assuming I regain my Trust in them and revisit definitely won't be betting anything in their Large trays as they seemingly just spread out the regular portions....
