Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Preston

Starbucks is well known for being dog friendly, many a time I've taken my well behaved dog to Starbucks for a coffee a puppaccino, but & this little portacabin is "a franchise" as I was rudly told. I went in with my small dog not realising that this was different from the other Starbucks & a female staff member from behind the counter shouts loudly across the space "excuse me you can't bring dogs in here". This is a different rule to most Starbucks, they should know that & it must happen often & they should be polite to customers, I was mortified being shouted at. I asked them why not & why it was different. She said they were a francise & don't allow dogs. Shouting at customers across the facility is bad practice, awful customer service & embarrassing for everyone. Thanks so much for a memorable...

Me and my girlfriend always like stopping off for a drink at Starbucks but this woman who has blue hair and wonky eyebrows always manages to mess up are order plus when the drinks come they wasn’t correct and barely blended with no taste at all never had a problem before she was there and not one to complain normally or to leave a bad review but it’s not the first time she’s messed up are order and she clearly doesn’t care as long as she’s getting a pay check I won’t be going to this Starbucks again and will tell everyone I know not to buy from this Starbucks unless that woman is fired it’s not fair to the customers and the company avoid this woman at all...

I wish I'd read the reviews before going here, the biggest waste of money I've had for a while.

I don't often do coffee shops but thought I'd try it as a treat. The staff were so frosty, there was hardly anybody in there and I felt like an inconvenience. I paid £4.10 for a cappuccino which was half froth and the froth fizzled away in no time at all. You also put your own sprinkles on for £4.10?!

There were tables that needed clearing despite it being quiet and there was a drink spilt over 1 of the chairs left to dry up and turn to crust. The door wouldn't stay shut so cold air was blowing in.

A huge waste of money, McDonald's over the road put this place to shame for...
