Presto pizza — Local services in Rotherham

Firstly the problems I have had with Preston I could write a book. But I am only going to mention a few. The first I am going to mention is that they never give their delivery drivers change so if you only have a £20 note. They complain because they don't have change.

The second is they quite often get our order wrong.

And the last one. And probably the most serious one. Last night 8/10/18. Before being ablw to place our order we were asked for our address. I gave them the post code. And our door number. 199. The guy taking the order said it only goes up to 180 and i said no it doesnt. He argued it with me another 2 Times before i said look you have delivered here before so dont tell me there is only 180. We ordered meal deal5 with a kebab. We asked for salad and garlic sauce on the kebab. And when it came it had chilli sauce on. The kebab was for a friend of ours who is terminally ill.

Since tasting the kebab with the chilli sauce our friend has been coughing up blood. What's more they had put no colouring in the chilli sauce so he didn't notice before eating it.

My advice to anyone thinking of ordering from Presto pizza. Is DONT AS THEY SCREW UP ALL THE TIME

Delivery was missing items. Called and told them such and I was told they'd call me back in 5 minutes after talking to driver. 10 minutes later I called again and the same person answered the phone. It was clear he knew I had called before but then tried to act like he didn't know what I was talking about. Told him again item was missing. He called the delivery driver while I was still on the phone. He just said the delivery has already been made. Again told him something was missing. Finally said he'd get it sent out again. Over an hour later and no sign of the replacement. Ordered from here frequently with no problems but this has put me off ever ordering...
