Placed an order for delivery this evening for myself and my two boys. When our order arrive my son found a long black hair I his burger and in the fries. I contact them to discuss this and they said they wouldn't give me a refund but would come and collect the burger and replace it which I said no to as by this point I had sorted something else for my son to eat. Reasonable price, generous portions, tasty food, easy to use website. 2 stars knocked off as order was made on website selected cash on delivery - however on handing £20 to delivery driver, he acted forgetful patting his pockets - didn't bring any change with him. I didn't buy it if I'm honest but my partner just told him to keep the change.
