I recently posted a review complaining that the spate ribs were tough and inevitable. To my surprise, the lady owner contacted me personally by phone to ask additional details. She explained to me that there were different methods of preparing spare ribs, but if I preferred the ones that fall-off the bone she would asked the chefs to prepare my ribs to fulfil my requirements. I had a booking for 10 people on the Sunday buffet and reminded the waiter what the owner had told me. On serving the starters to our table, which included peking/chilli and salted spare ribs, I discovered that the ribs had been cooked so that the meat literally fell-off the bone as I eat them. Later, our table was approached by the lady owner in person, who asked whether the spare ribs met with my satisfaction. I replied that they did, and that I was completely satisfied with their customer service and attentativeness. The food and experience was amazing! Who could ask for better customer service!

   Read moreVery poor. Dinner yesterday had dry chicken and dry prawn starters and near tasteless main courses. I have eaten well in the past here but last night was well below par. Very busy restaurant and takeaway - it feels like they are very overstretched in the kitchen.
Dining experience was also odd. Most staff very attentive and lovely but there was a lady (staff) wandering around tables with a tiny newborn and another person hoovering whilst we ate. The decor could feel quite authentic but instead the attention to detail is lacking and areas just messy - wires all over the place, those poor fish as you come in, random chairs left out on places where youâre walking, a huge (broken) computer screen at the welcome desk that bars your way in. Odd little things that make a big difference to how you dineâŚ.and reflect the care and attention (lack thereof) thatâs going into your food.
