Not even worth a star. Customer service is everything and this place proved that is has absolutely none of it. I made an order which was delivered to me incorrectly. I called back to let them know and the man at the front who always serves me began to argue and go on a tangent without any acknowledgment of my issue or anyway he could resolve it. I finally cut to the chase and asked if he could replace it with what I ordered and he said that he will ask the manager but it will most likely be a no. I explained to him that I am very unwell and just want what I ordered (currently suffering with covid symptoms) hence why I cannot drive to collect. He was not sympathetic one bit. I have ordered many times from here and always ordered the same thing and got it the same way. All of a sudden the guy is becoming argumentative. I am so ill I almost cried on this call. Literally all I wanted was what I asked for. I will never order from here again simply due to the poor POOR POOR level of customer service I experienced tonight. What a shame! If I was you I wouldn’t order, when looking they have got some good reviews so I decided to have a go but the food was really average and greasy.. the food was delivered and containers of food were squished and there was sauce and veg all in the bottom of the plastic carrier bag which dropped all over my carpet when we opened the order.. when ringing them to try and get certain items redelivered the lady on the phone was quite rude and said ‘what do you want us to do about it’ and then requested us to put it all back in the bag, not eat anything and wait another hour for them to remake and deliver food, even after it being late in the first place. Ordered a take away on Saturday early evening, website said it would take 30 mins when placing order but it took over and hour and 30 mins - which would have been fine if we had been told upfront. When it arrived we found there was a meal missing, called to ask if this could be sent only to be told it would take too long and they will credit the missing food next time we order. This is dissappiitning given it meant someone had to miss their meal and there is no guarantee after the slow service and missing food that we would indeed place a further order. Feel as though a refund would have been much fairer in this instance! Left feedback on order as requested but no contact made. Very poor service and paid for items...
