We attended a birthday party that was organised in the venue. On the way in you need to fill in childs details. Once you are in, you get a wrist band in a colour associated with a certain time slot and we had another one to attend the party. You have to go for a safety brief if it is your first time. Do not skip as there are some really important rules. Booking in and safety brief takes approx 20 to 30min so turn up earlier than your booked slot. Trampoline area is clean and looks well maintained. Staff looks for people breaking rules, or if you need any help. The guys that were working when i visited were very friendly and helpfull. Even they were clearly busy looking after kids running around, they were smiled and clearly enjoyed what they do. There are 4 x party rooms for kids so different parties do not crush in to each other and Just outside there is a sitting area for parents. You can See most of the jumping area from there. There is an option of dominos vegetarian or peperoni pizza or you can get a Hot dog for partying kids. There is a food counter where they sell drinks and some food and sweets. BAD THINGS ARE -TOILETS ARE OUTDATED AND COULD BE A BIT CLEANER BUT I WILL PUT THIS DOWN TO A LATE HOUR WE ATTENDED. -THERE ARE NO PARENT AND CHILD TOILETS. I AM A MALE AND I HAD TO TAKE MY GIRLS TO MALES TOILET RISKING THEY COULD SEE TOO MUCH. I ATTENDED VENUES IN PAST WHERE THERE WERE PARENT TOILETS - SIMILAR TO DISABLED TOILET. - THERE ARE A LOT OF STAINS TO THE SITTING AREA FLOOR. I SUPPOSE KIDS CAN BE MESSY AND CARPET TAKES SOME EFFORT TO BE CLEANED. -SOME METAL NET SECURING HAND RAILS TO GO UP ARE PARTIALLY DISATTACHED AND YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL NOT TO GET YOUR TROUSERS RIPPED OR NOT TO CUT TOUR LEG. OVERALL VG EXPERIENCE AND QUALITY TIME WITH KIDS SLEEPING TILL 8AM THE DAY AFTER :) IN MY OPINION THEY HAVE TO IMPROVE THE TOILETS TO GET 5 STARS. WELL WORTH VISITING

I attended with two teenager sons as a birthday party, the trampolines are good quality and allow for good bouncing, according to my sons. I personally feel there isn't enough supervision at the different stations around the arena. If you have children under five they could be hurt by bigger children running and double jumping on trampolines. The rules are no double jumping, if your seen to be doing this you will be given three warnings then asked to leave. The party rooms are a good size and the parents and carers viewing platforms allow you to see the entire trampoline area. This is a really good idea, as others places I've visited don't allow you to see all the trampolines. Jump Giant's is based on a dark industrial trading estate, it can look a little dangerous when driving in if you're a mum with younger children. The party was during the winter months so it was quite dark. The parking is terrible, definitely not enough space for all the customers, this leaves you to park on the industrial estate road which have double yellow lines. There is hot and cold food sold here, a chocolate bar and a coffee cost me ÂŁ4.50 The seating area doesn't have enough tables and chairs but there is certainly space to add more. Overall I would come back with my two teenage sons but not with my daughter who's under five, I just don't feel she would be safe. Thanks for reading my review. I hope if helps.

Attended this place today with 4 children. We missed 30 mins of our slot as the car park was absolutely packed solid with a mile long queue spilling out!! Staff members of jump giants came out to direct traffic but made it worse!! I was directed by a male member of staff to park along side a metal gate which of course I did so as I was instructed by someone that worked there and assumed he knew what he was doing! Finally we get inside kids just start their jumping session and I hear on the speaker my car reg number being read out and to move my car!! So I went out to reception to see what was going on and explained that I was directed by a staff member to park there. The response I got was I had to leave my 4 children inside unsupervised while I moved my car as it shouldn't be parked there! Needless to say I was furious! After I moved it all was sorted well so I thought.. I went back upstairs and got in the cafe queue to purchase some drinks. I can hear the staff members talking about me over their radios! This is totally unacceptable and I will never return to this place again I felt so belittled the way I was spoken to and how the whole situation was dealt with. To finish it off after nearly an hour of the children's session I had another rude member of staff approach me to tell me they didn't have the correct socks on and they must get off the trampolines!! I think these staff members deserve a warning from whoever owns this company and could 100% do with some training! And some experienced staff needed especially during busy periods such...

Usually go to Jump-In but thought we’d try this place out. Wish we hadn’t!

To start, got scammed on needing to buy their ‘regulation’ trampoline socks for “insurance purposes”. Be it £2. The kids were wearing trampoline socks from jump-in but apparently that wasn’t acceptable. What a load of B.S ! Exactly the same ‘Trampoline Socks’ just with a different name. Absolutely no where else pulls that crap. Cheap small minded mindset.

Most of the Lockers were broken, rusty or not useable. Didn’t use

Place is small and nowhere near as fun as Jump-In.

Two people supervising approx 40 kids. Both walking between four sections, leaving two sections unsupervised at any given time. At one point one ‘supervisor’ was overseeing the spinning jump beams (with 1 guy using it) and the other ‘supervisor’ was ‘overseeing’ 3 sections with 40 kids (inc foam pit) It didn’t look very supervised. Surprised the owners haven’t hired more people. Perhaps their “insurance regulations” allow them to get away with bare minimum.

Food/Drinks place has one guy. Tables could do with a clean and wipe occasionally. Empty cups just left throughout, on various tables, the hour I was here.

Hardly many people here, probably cos they’re smart and went Jump-In. Wish we did!! Know now for next time. (Won’t be a next time here!)

And then eventually squeezed the car out of their very small very tight very limited capacity car park

Not great start, ending or...
