We turned up late morning on a Saturday and sat ourselves down. At that point, there were about 4 people at different tables and 1 person stood, waiting for his take away. After a quick glance, we knew what we wanted... a fry up. The young lady serving was very cheerful and made quick work of taking the particulars of our customised order. We sat back at our table and a couple of minutes our hot drinks were served, shortly followed by our fry ups. Great timing on our part as the cafe had now filled up with people. Read moreI had a Lasagne, Chips and Salad (£7) with a can of Rio (£1.40). I really liked the Lasagne. Plenty of sauce. The plate was massive as was the quantities. The salad was a best example I’ve ever seen of a salad to accompany a Lasagne in a cafe. There was plenty of variety and the presentation was great. The salad tasted fresh. There is an excellent toilet on site. It’s very clean with a urinal as well as a ‘throne’. I’m super amazed that the owner spent money here. It’s a great presentation and worth the money.
