Absolute shambles and the customer service is non existent! When you order online from their website it takes the payment and then the shop has to accept or reject the order. If the order is rejected then you have to wait days to get a refund! Because of this happening before.. I rang the shop 45 minutes before closing and asked them are they accepting online orders.. because I don't want to pay if the order is just going to be rejected.. the guy who answered said 'yes.. we are accepting online orders so place your order'.. So I place my order online then I get an email to say its been rejected?? I SPECIFICALLY RANG TO CHECK AND YOU TELL ME YOURE ACCEPTING ORDERS SO THAT THIS WOULDNT HAPPEN. Then they cut the phone off multiple times and then when I finally get through again to ask them why did they tell me to order.. they just make up a load of excuses. Been a regular customer for a while and I will never order from here again out of principle. This was on Friday and now I'm still waiting to be refunded my £30! Angry isn't the word. Especially when I rang up beforehand to make sure that this wouldn't happen. The people who run the shop have no idea what they are doing and no customer service skills whatsoever, not a brain cell between them. This is how you treat a regular customer? I don't think so. Will be posting on social media of your shoddy service and will be telling all my family and friends to never waste their time or money ordering from you. Well done for losing a regular customer. Gave you more than enough chances in the past when you've sent pink chicken!...

Ordered a takeaway that turned up cold and was missing my garlic and herb dip. I'd also ordered mayonnaise dip which was given to me in three blue Harrison sachets. I also ordered an Irn Bru can which was substituted for a Pepsi Max (which I couldn't drink so would have appreciated a call to see which soft drink I would have preferred it to be substituted for). My cheeseburger wrap came and was the measliest wrap and not worth the price (it was similar to an enlarged cheesestring and not worth the price). My pizza was supposed to have salami, cheese, and garlic crust but just turned up as cheese and garlic. I was cautious about coming here, and highly urge potential customers to look at ordering food elsewhere. If you are intrigued to order here. I highly recommend you order through Just Eat in order to claim your money back (which I regret not doing as I went through Just Chicken's...

Honestly the worst takeaway I have eaten in my 32 years! First impression was that the chicken smelt weird.. a processed smell just how those plant based burgers smell. The taste was even worse, in it fact it was inedible, the peri peri sauce was bitter and the chicken was powdery in texture and although I can’t put my finger on it, something just was not right with the taste, very poor quality chicken. Mozzarella dippers were terrible, as the cheese was solid not gooey and stringy whatsoever and the oil was old that they were cooked in. The chips were stale, tasted as if they were cooked a week ago and had been nuked in the microwave. The sauce for the dippers couldn’t even pass as substandard. The little side salad was ok seemed fresh enough. Erm goes without saying but obviously will not...
