Full House Chinese Takeaway — Local services in Southampton

We have ordered from this restaurant many times & had good food & service. However on Saturday we ordered shedded chicken in Sweet chilli sauce which was good but the BBQ pork dish was bland, chewy & in a watery sauce which was totally inedible. We also had a special fried rice which contained nothing but rice & definately not special! When we phoned to give our feedback the lady on the phone did not apologise or ask what dishes we had or our address & actually laughed at us, she offered offered a 10% discount on our next order which we will not...

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We ordered on Uber eats and then was given an ETA within an hour. Nothing came. I rang over an hour later to be told that they were "busy" and that it would be another teeny minutes. Twenty minutes came and went and still nothing. They've now conveniently closed. They've taken our money and no food. Try and call them now and unable to get through... funny that. We ordered through Uber so we will be complaining and demand that they stop using their services as well as demanding we get out money back...

We order from here often , we order on line and spend at least £30-£40 each time , 3 times we’ve had things missing from our order , one was a £10 box we ordered 3 but only 2 turned up , the next two time was supposed to be order a curry and chose chips or rice , we’ve chosen chips and not got them on both orders, this is get quite frequent with them now, and it’s such a shame because we’ve always ordered from here but if they keep doing this we will be looking at ordering somewhere else . 😢 I wander if this happens to...
