Eat from here often but tonight was so disappointing. We ordered our usual tikka masala with rice and naan bread. The tikka looked and tasted more like tomato puree, the naan was burnt to a crisp. So we contacted them and they first said they were busy tonight (like that's an excuse) then they offered a free dish for next time but we told them we want to eat tonight, so they eventually retook our details to send out a replacement order. When it arrives it's 1 tikka masala (we ordered and paid for 2 in the first place). It is then the same red tomato puree tasting dish. The food was outstanding in my honest opinion. We are 2 miles away from the place and we order regularly from them for over a year now and we always appreciate the extra effort for all of our previous orders the past year.

Tonight was a let down, after my second attempt to order via JustEat using a voucher I earned with my previous purchases (about £12 off) it was cancelled.

Called the restaurant and they said they no longer deliver to the Canute Road area. Strange.

Went to my daughters and decided to have a meal from spice. I have had food from here before and enjoyed the dishes immensely. Unfortunately I am incredibly disappointed with the service and the quality of the food sent out. It’s a shame I had to give 1 star, my preference would be -5 stars. Firstly the order arrived three dishes short of the order. After a ten minute telephone conversation, they agreed to bring the missing dishes. An hour later and two more telephone calls, the food arrived “COLD”. The food was very disappointing and the naans that arrived cold, burnt and inedible.
