Went to the store at about 8pm - as we drove in the store was in apparent "darkness", no activity was apparent, no cars parked in the parking bays so we assumed the store was closed. [Did witness a drug drop though !!!!] Decided to breeze around the car sales area for about 10 mins so as not to have wasted the journey. Like another "customer" Quentin Butler, I got a parking penalty notice for £100 because I was not an "active customer". How the hell you can be an "active customer" when the store isn't open I don't know. NOT impressed. Appealed but the appeal failed on the basis I should have left the parking area within 10 mins. YOU WILL NEVER...

It might sound ridiculous, but when I ask for cheese to be sliced as thin as possible and receive slices so thick that one weighs over 10g, it shows a clear lack of attention or willingness to meet a simple request.
If you can’t or don’t want to do the job properly, just say so. Don’t waste people’s...
