Dropped in early on a Saturday morning. Had a lovely chat with the friendly guys there (Simeon and Ben). They're mainly focussed on selling fresh ground coffee via website/mail order (nice idea of a subscription service, BTW) but with the cafe side open two days a week. I guess it would/should be more but everyone's got to start somewhere, right? Anyway, the coffee I drank was ground only 2 days previously on the premises and had a superb flavour. So I bought a 240g bag of the fine ground 4-blend for my Espresso machine at home. I'll definitely be back for more. n.b. they don't do disposable cups, so if you're coming for a 'to go' on Friday/Saturday then bring your own cup.

I first came to coffee roasters on a whim, I'd heard good things. When I arrived I was very pleasantly surprised that the coffee was simple and very affordable! It's a very small and intimate venue which is perfect for a solo coffee date with a book or to meet up with a friend. Also the lemon and Raspberry blondies were out of this world!

Perfect place for coffee lovers. They have different coffee roasted beans and when I asked them about the best coffee beans to used at home they helped me really well. Little shop with great staff. It would be better if they serve different cakes and pastries as well but their coffee taste is good enough to go there.

hate to leave a bad review but I was SO gutted since I’d been wanting to come here since it opened forever ago. I wanted an iced drink but they had no ice, then paid for a hot latte instead and I heard the man making it say “you said to drink in right?” to the man behind the till and I interrupted and said ‘um.. to takeaway if that’s okay?’ and they said they had no takeaway cups (I’d already paid). I was on my way somewhere so couldn’t drink in and just kinda stood there like ‘umm what do we do?’ And they said ‘well you can pay £2.50 for a reusable plastic cup?’. Well I paid the £2.50 cos I really needed to go (£5 in total for a TINY TINY latte in the tinest reusable cup). The cafe is itself is also really tiny, big room but the cafe portion (for sitting) is so small. Again sorry to leave a bad review but I was SO gutted I had...

Delicious and perfectly brewed coffee, cosy atmosphere, friendly staff. I also grabbed a bag of their monthly special beans while I was there, and am looking forward to trying it tomorrow morning. The only reason they lose a star is that they are "cashless". Although I do appreciate that most insurance companies now charge a huge premium to small businesses handling cash on the premises, and government offers "incentives" for going cashless. However I will be emailing them with some useful information on the paramount importance of accepting cash while it is still legal tender, and sincerely hope that they will reconsider their decision. Just to clarify, this is certainly not a complaint, but merely some constructive advice from someone who sees exactly where the future is headed if we lose...
