Bengal Paradise Indian Takeaway — Restaurant in Southampton

For the first time I actually have a negative review about this place....ordered 2 x buna and 1 x pathia and we actually got delivered 3 x pathias, I'm not a curry wimp but I couldn't eat it after the first mouthful it was unpleasantly hot! Tried to call the take away to let them know & the phone rang out 2 times so I couldn't even get a refund for the meal that is in front of me that I won't be eating. My daughter is going to be impressed though as she powered through because she was so hungry.....I dont like eating...

Terrible experience. Ordered online at 10.02pm, waited an hour, still no delivery. I called to ask where it was to be told that they do not accept orders past 10pm, and their kitchen has closed so they will need to give a refund. They explained having difficulty with drivers, which is fine, but they should have a note on their website and be monitoring orders to be sure that you’re not left like this. Now it’s too late for another option and not enough money to make another order while I await the refund....

Ordered tonight. Obviously a busy night so didn't mind the wait. When the food turned up it was hot and tasty. Sadly a dish was missing, BUT, this was ok as with in not long from calling them to say something a miss, the dish was delivered quickly and not only this but they kindly added a T Dahl dish. The food was all very nice and this is twice in a month that the food has been good. Would recommend the bengal paradise if you haven't tried.
