Posh Nosh — Local services in Stockport

Just eat seems to have left my stars (an average so it looks like I gave them 3 stars when really it was a 5 a 2 and a 1 for each area) so posting here too.

Ordered a kebab, cheesy chips and a plain hot dog. Hot dogs was missing rang up the man first tried saying we didn't order a hotdog but I can see on this app I did order it. Then he says after some deliberation and checking the order sorry he'll resend it. Nearly an hour after this we ring back as it still hasn't come. He asks are we sure it wasn't in the bag as he checked the cctv and he packed it. There was 1 small plastic bag not much to check Why would we lie about a 3.50. We confirm again it wasn't in the bag he attitude wasn't nice at all and pretty much hung up on us after confirming the 2nd time he'll resend it even though he said that an hour ago and then obviously decided not to. Mistakes happen, maybe he packed in wrong bag. Maybe it rolled out in the car not sure how as it was tightly tied (maybe the driver ate it who knows!) but the lying about us apparently not ordering and then that he'd resend it out and not doing along with his phone manner... I don't like leaving bad reviews and wouldn't have left it even after the first call but the 2nd call really takes the mick a bit. It's a shame as this is the only nice kebab place I've found since moving but won't be coming back after this. As if we'd go to this effort for 3.50. I have phone anxiety so deffo not worth the hassle for one...

First time I've been that disappointed with food, that I've taken to writing a review on here.

A few weeks ago I called in and got a couple of pizzas and in all fairness they were absolutely spot on, tonight I ordered £30 worth of food online just before they opened at 5pm.

Wow, the first I knew it my children who'll eat anything said how poor the chips and nuggets were. I looked at their plates, and you could clearly see very overcooked or overfryed chips and nuggets.

The pizzas were barely warm, the chicken in the kebabs very overcooked and chewy.

But somehow ordering 2 kids meals we ended up with 3 bottles of fruit shoot?

I ordered a pizza at 8.22pm yesterday and after an hour rang the store to check if it was en route. I was then advised it was being processed, i.e. not even started. When I queried this, I was told I should be patient! It seems Posh Nosh no longer believe they are in the fast food business but the patience food business! My order finally arrived at 10.10pm. I have used this local pizza shop for many years as I try and support local businesses when I can. However, in view of the decline in customer service and the disregard shown to my custom, I will now be ordering elsewhere in the future. If you want your food in a timely manner, I would...
