Reddish Grill — Local services in Stockport

For those of you that follow my reviews over south Manchester you will know that I once had a smashing experience at Nando's and actually questioned whether anyone could produce such high calibre poultry. So, I visit Reddish Grill after a typically bland evening at the working men's club over the road. Boy was I surprised, the chicken, the value, the condiments, the service, the speed, the drinks. From start to finish it was an absolute epidemic. Now some of you might be gasping in horror and not quite getting your head round the vacant start in the bed of 5... we'll just as they called "Harold" a whole host of intimidating youths entered, with their bmx's leaning on the beautifully cleaned glass outside demanding that they got some raw chicken last Thursday. Now I'm not sure whether or not that was the case but they seemed convincing. Whether bringing all 6 of the lads down to complain at once was the best approach I'm not sure. Rude as! The order said delivered when It wasn't. Causing me to panic. I called the place and said it hadn't been delivered. He said in a very rude manner that it had not even left the shop yet. Making me.wait a further 45 minutes. I was spoken too terribly and said it was my fault I was waiting outside for my food. I was stood around waiting for the delivery as it said on its way so yes...why wouldn't I stand outside to wait for it. Seems like a bunch of idiots working here. Foods not even that good. Put too many onions on everything and meat is stale most the time. I wouldn't recommend here at all. Stay clear. Rubbish stars...

Food was ok, but I had a very bad experience and customer service was not good. Card machine wasn’t working and they acted like I didn’t want to pay and were quite rude. In the end, I paid on justeat on my phone, but they were being picky about the incorrect time I put on the order (thinking that as long as they receive payment, then that will do). I also made it clear I didn’t feel safe / comfortable with the dodgy men (customers) who were being very loud and rowdy, but the staff did not care less.
