Ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday party on 13th of August, when we went to collect the cake by evening 5.50 the shop was closed and we didn't get our cake and our party happened without the cake, I tried to call all the numbers but nobody was picking the call, Google shows that shop will be there till 7 pm, and the next day when I called the staff they were so rude and didn't even say a sorry, they were arguing that shop was till 6 pm and we needed to come collect by 5.30, we have given oru phone number and details , they didn't even called or enquired , the lady attended the phone told me that she was assuming that we are not coming and told me to call back when manager comes they didn't called back , after 3 days today me and and friends went they and asked for refund and they said no, we told them it's their fault and argued and then only they refunded the 41 pounds. Never ever going there. Worst...

Today I went to buy a cake, the guy was rushing me because I couldn't decide which one to choose, I don't know why if it was 5:30 p.m. and they're supposed to close at 7 p.m., well, I chose the cake, I asked him to please put Capricorn Queen on it and if there was a problem to tell me since it was small, well, he came back and he told me he put everything separate because it wouldn't fit, I told him if it wouldn't fit just put Queen, he got upset and so he brought me the cake as I told him he wanted, which I looked at him and got very upset, I think he was buying not ordering and well I had to take the cake...
