Edit : changed my review as gave me such a bad stomach because the cake was off the topping . Manager rang me and took his time to explain it was not off and how the business works it was a nice touch to ring and explain seems like they care about customers
Ordered San Sebastiรกn cheesecake and a milkshake . Milkshake was fine how it is everywhere itโs hard to get a milkshake wrong . Below is Why Iโve given 3 star but couldโve been 5 star easily if below is rectified
Pros : -large milkshake for the price compared to other dessert establishments delivery driver was really nice and helpful San Sebastiรกn cheesecake was homemade they listened to my instructions to make it very chocolatey delivery was very quick milkshake looked very aesthetic if youโre into taking pics etc

I rang up to ask if San Sebastiรกn is homemade . He said it was , I was sceptical and said most places Iโve rang such as lilys desserts itโs frozen comes from supplier . Anyway they reassured an in house baker makes it . When it came I could tell it was in fact homemade however it had obviously been frozen and then defrosted. I could tell From the topping which made that part of cake horrible but rest of cake was tasty . If they sold it fresh it would be 5 star cake and 5 star review no spoon. I know mistakes happen but this wouldโve been a big one if I wasnโt home and had access to a spoon. I order usually when out and about in car so without a spoon wouldโve made it Impossible to eat . Even at home I got cosy to enjoy my food and then had to go all the way downstairs for a spoon
All in all didnโt think was worth my Money but appreciate these guys do homemade bcs as a baker myself I see mass produced stuff in most dessert places so well...

That would not stop a milkshake from melting no matter what you use. They told us that they would come out to our property to inspect them, they inspect them outside the house and Continue to tell us we are lying even though it's clear that they are watery and argue at our doorstep for over 20 minutes. Began to keep saying that we were wrong about what time the milkshakes were delivered(kept saying it had been over an hour when in reality it had been 20 minutes) even though I have proof of purchase and when they were delivered on my phone. They were told to leave the property at which he responded no. They then carried on to argue with us. They leave our property and they take the milkshakes back to "see if we could get a refund" they ring us on the phone and accuse us of threatening his staff and told us to come down and sort it and threaten him instead. He then said because I swore at him I was being threatening which i replied with "so because I've just swore at you does that mean I'm threatening you?" I then phoned them to explain that I asked for the strawberries but they didn't have that message on the system, so informed them I have returned one back with the driver and paid for both plus ยฃ1 to have it delivered (10 minutes away!!) The manager than phones to ask why I have returned one back with the driver so had to explain again upon which he just said that it is not their fault (so...a customer is wrong then!) Instead of resolving the issue he told me that I had to wait for an hour for this to be delivered and explained that he has done me a favour on this occasion. When explaining that I had already spoke to their staff and that there is lack of communication between them I was told to forget speaking to anyone, you are speaking to the manager.
