Washington — Local services in Sunderland

I had such a fabulous experience at your Washington Galleries store I just had to let you know. The team that you have working there are an absolute credit to your company and brand. My husband bought me a pandora ring last year and I have worn it constantly, unfortunately it snapped and I was gutted about it. I decided to take it to the store to see if I could get it repaired as I am allergic to nickel so really love your products. The young lady in the shop had a look and explained that it couldn’t be repaired but she wanted to have a word with her manager. She came back with a brand new ring for me! I was totally stunned and surprised. She said as a gesture of goodwill they were replacing it for me, she gave me advice on how to keep it clean and how to protect it from damage. She was extremely nice and very professional, I only wish I had got her name. What an incredible product, company and most certainly staff wise in The Galleries, Washington. You should be very proud of them.

We visited the washington store on 2.11.2019 afte going to the sunderland shop to return an item for replacement. I must personally congratulate the young trainee at this shop for her excellent help during our time there. She was very compitent, new exactly what we wanted after we had expmained what had happened at the other store,and was very pleasant towards us. This young trainee did more fir us in 10 minutes than all the timE we were at the washington store. Its nice nowerdays to see soneone who realky appreciated what we wanted. Visited the Washington store and was really impressed with the service. I had been going to order online however popped into the store just to check what clips would fit a specific bracelet. Leah offered me advice and couldn’t have been more helpful or patient when I made my choices. She is knowledgeable and an excellent ambassador for Pandora with her professional and friendly manner.
