Poor service! Went there on a sunday afternoon, not too much customers but most of the unoccupied tables were not cleaned. I cleaned up a table and my boys sat down, while I went out to place order. The lady told me it was too busy in the kitchen, she would take order again in 20 minites. So we went to the Morrison to shopping and came back in 20 minutes. Saw people were disappointed and just noticed it would be another 20 minutes for waiting, as there was only 1 staff working in the kitchen. Have to go somewhere else to have my food. Read moreI have definitely noticed a consistent improvement in good hygiene and cleanliness in many of the Morrisons cafés recently, and the branch in Eccles, Greater Manchester is one such example. The cutlery, trays, table tops and flooring were all clean with no noticeable spillages or left over debris, the staff were polite and welcoming, and my order was delivered to my table after only a short delay despite the fact that the dining area was very busy indeed. Politeness could be mutual you don't have to treat customers like that. Simple thing if you don't want to talk to your customers: put a sign in your section with the opening time!
