Easy to find and locate, small and compact store. I had to collect a paypoint payment for a relative who has limited mobility and this was the closest location, this was my first time doing such a thing and it was very clear that I wasn't familiar with the whole process. It was my first time going to this store... The cashier person was quite bullish and had a bit of an attitude. He explained I needed I.D and it should say it on the paypoint coupon that I needed it (it didn't) then he said it should have a name on the coupon to verify who is getting the payment (it didn't) I offered to come back with ID in a polite and considerate manner, he shrugged it off and proceeded to get the payment. He passed the cash over while chatting with his colleague, I thought there might be some type of receipt or he may need to keep the coupon to shread it (destroyed it at home)... I asked "is that everything then?" He replied "you got your cash haven't you?" I don't know if that's how he is lol... and yes, I was wearing a mask throughout the whole time... had the impression maybe he thought it was some type of fraud but he could have...

Seymore is for all intents and purposes a newsagents. From my recollection This shop shares an area of land given over to various retailers, shops, and stores including "Iceland", superdrug" and "Worldfoods"..As for "Seymores" You can buy newspapers cigarettes, magazines, sweets, tobacco, soft drinks, ice lollys, cans of pop, etc, etc and i believe also sandwiches. Plus other things i may not have remembered to mention but i hope you get the general drift. This is a clean tidy shop. Most customers at the time wore their chovid masks as was still expected at the time. Very friendly shop keeper. Product prices were reasonable.. so yeah id visit there again. This branch was located on :Seymore grove" old trafford about 250yards from the train/tram station thats situated at...
Read moreHad a really horrible experience here today collecting a parcel. I was on my bike which was heavily loaded and there are no bike racks so I just held it at the door, which was great and didn’t seem to be a problem. I suggested (very casually) that they should look into getting some bike racks as there’s an exciting new bike lane and cyclops being built right outside. The cashier was immediately defensive and said it’s for the council. I said I knew that but you could apply for them and it’d be great for business - I know I’d stop in often on my way home if there was secure bike parking. The man just became more and mi free aggressive as the conversation went on - everything about his manner was threatening and I ended up leaving the shop in tears. Won’t be having parcels delivered there again (or stopping in for essentials on...
