Very good place for an ice cream and sweets shop. Staff were very nice. Very straightforward process. But. The ice cream did not taste the best. The stars reflect the quality and taste experienced with the ice cream. I ordered lemon and my wife ordered dark chocolate and almond cherry. Mine was kind of okay compared to hers. The almond cherry and dark chocolate tastes like condensed syrups. Not an ideal ice cream experience. I have seen many good reviews. My experience could be just a bad day. Would I come back another day ? Maybe. If i do, i will update my review to reflect what I will experience next time. Thanks.

A great variety of classic and creative flavours and cones to go with, as well as a bunch of delicious-looking cakes -- I had a slice of the profiterole cake with a scoop of Crazy Cookie ice cream and it was all absolutely perfect, and for about £3.50 I don't think the value can be beat! Seems to attract a good crowd but the line moves quickly and the staff were engaged and friendly. The patio seating area is a lovely spot from which to watch the happy local yuppies and hipsters bustle about. Will definitely be back soon'

Oasis Ice Cream Shop in Chorlton is an absolute delight! With over 90 incredible flavors to choose from, there's something for everyone. The ice cream is not only delicious and creamy but also reasonably priced, making it a perfect treat for any occasion. One of our favorites is the strawberry falooda—it’s a refreshing twist that's simply irresistible. If you’re in the area, this charming spot is a must-visit for ice cream lovers!

Oasis Ice cream on their web page state that they "only produce the highest quality products. Using the finest of ingredients our ice cream is special." Well, I visited there last weekend and the ice cream is anything but.

I would expect an ice cream store to serve quality products, perhaps gelato given the prices that they charge. The ice cream itself is nothing at all special and tastes artificial and very sweet. There's a sickly assortment of ice creams (nearly 39), most of which are full of artificial colouring and ingredients and none which you would look at and describe as premium. I can't actually remember seeing any with fruits in them because I guess that would cut into their profits. What I find most worrying is the number of positive reviews for the store - have people actually tried the ice creams there? Do people know what semi-decent ice cream tastes like? The mind boggles.

The staff seem friendly enough but are incredibly cloying and pushy. I wanted time to browse but they followed me and kept asking me what I wanted. Give me a chance ffs!

When I sat outside to eat near the dead plants in the planters, there was an overriding and unpleasant smell of stale cigarettes. I noticed that there were a lot of cigarette butts left lying around which, I would have expected a member of staff to notice and clean up. If you like ice cream, I would...

Me and my partner visit Oasis as a special date night treat on a regular basis. Staff are always very welcoming and friendly, and are always happy to help you choose a flavour of ice cream. When it comes to the flavours, Oasis never fails to amaze us, not only do they stock enough flavours to give you enough choices and combos for every day of the year, they also regularly change them so there’s always something new. The quality of ice cream is amazing and the flavours are always perfectly balanced. Though I haven’t had the pleasure of trying a milkshake the few I’ve seen made in store looked amazing. If you do visit with another person I couldn’t recommend the Ice Cream Sundae deal more, the staff always throw in more little goodies (extra chocolates and sauces etc) than on the menu making it immense value for money. Finally, with them being open late it is the perfect stop for anytime you’re craving desserts after dinner. If you do have the pleasure of visiting we highly recommend the pistachio ice cream or...

cookie dough and ice cream was a fail. took maybe 15/20 minutes for it with no other customers in sight. two lads that were there were very hostile with one another, atmosphere was uncomfortable and had to return the cookie dough immediately, really underdone and wobbly. was offered another one to be cooked more fair enough but opted for a refund after the first one was burnt for the one sent out to be raw despite all that time. prices are definitely too good to be true, sneaky 60p charge for 2 dots of cream is ridiculous too. refund was done by cash despite paying by card, seemed quite argumentative and childish when doing the refund. i didn’t want to press asking for a card refund to avoid more discomfort. an unfortunate, off-putting experience. one star is for...
