Cineworld - Haverhill — Local services in West Suffolk

My first visit to this lovely cinema in my home town, I got greeted by 2 of the most welcoming ladies with the most lovely smiles, they were so nice, they showed me what seats i could have, I explained I have abit of anxiety and asked could i sit on the back row and as near to a fire exit as possible cos I panic sometimes if I cant see one (crazy I know but I'm a worrier of the highest level lol) she happily showed me where it was on the seating plan and explained the "in the event of a fire" protocol which really set my mind at rest, these 2 ladies didn't once judge me, they were ever so understanding and was totally at ease with putting me at ease.... the result.... I watched the most lovely film worry free, I laughed hard and cried even harder at the sad bits, at the end there was no rush or panic to get out like at some places, a lovely young man stood there whilst everyone walked out nice and calmly, I have to say this is the best cinema experience I've had, Cineworld in haverhill you have this whole experience absolutely bang on brilliant, I will be coming back again and again thats for sure. horrible cinema, the worst cineworld i have ever visited and i now drive miles to another city to go to any other cinema but this one.

Went to mad max, the projector lens had broken and the first half hour was blue and yellow before being restarted again after waiting even longer for them to start the projector, with no compensation for being there till nearly midnight. Went to Mission Impossible and the projector this time was out of alignment and played the bottom strip of film on the backs of the heads in-front of u and reflecting of the seat backs making the whole film uncomfortable on the eyes, no apologies. Assassins creed, whole thing was way too dark, went elsewhere and it looked ten times better, wasted my time with this...

Clean cinema, gentleman who served us was super helpful and friendly! My phone unknowingly fell out my pocket whilst watching film and I went out and asked whether I left on side whilst getting popcorn - same guy who served me promptly radioed other staff to ask and he then followed me back into the screen to help by which time my partner had found anyway, but was really friendly! Deducted a star just because in the disabled/baby change the baby changer doesn't stay up, we put up after changing baby and it slammed back down again with no warning.
